Returns Policy

All products purchased at Forestway Fresh are covered by our Returns Policy.

With Proof of Purchase

If the product you have purchased from Forestway Fresh is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.

Forestway Fresh reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

In many cases, it may be more convenient for you to liaise directly with the manufacturer/importer or supplier of the product. Supplier contact details can usually be found on the product label, but we can assist if you require further information.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.

If you have changed your mind…

In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, we will happily provide a refund using your original payment method or exchange dry grocery items where you have changed your mind, provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging and with a valid receipt within 24 hours of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind on:

  • fresh produce items (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store)
  • any refrigerated fresh food items such as dairy, meats, frozen goods (because of health and safety regulations)

Without Proof of Purchase

Forestway Fresh reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange without proof of purchase.
