Tony’s Pasta e Broccoli

This easy to make pasta will serve 2.

Ingredients

  • 300g Orecchiette Pasta
  • 1 Large Broccoli
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 50mL Olive Oil
  • Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
  • 200g Ricotta Cheese

instructions

  1. Dice garlic and add to pot with a drizzle of olive oil
  2. Dice broccoli into florets
  3. Once garlic is starting to colour add diced broccoli to pot and lightly brown
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add pasta to pot
  6. Add water to pot until it is just above pasta and allow to simmer until pasta is cooked
  7. Once cooked drain water from pot and stir through Ricotta and serve
