2009 Mushroom Retailer of the year!

The mushroom retailer of the year award is chosen by a professional,independent mystery shopper program which judges stores on the basis of their mushroom quality,range,display, knowledge and point of sale presentation. On the 7th of March the Australian Mushroom Grower's General Manager Greg Seymour, congratulated Forestway Fresh on their accomplishment and praised them on their commitment to excellence in mushroom retailing.

Foodies Young acheiver award

Helen Greenwood and John Newton who are the writers and critics for all things food in the SMH Good Living Magazine, have awarded Pat and Tony the Joe Antico Young acheivers award with the realease of thier book Foodies Guide to Sydney 2008.

Distinction in retailing 2007

After being one of the Nominees for Greengrocer of the year Forestway Fresh just missed out on the big prize. Forestway Fresh did however receive an award for a distinction in retailing by the Sydney Market Authority. This is the second year in a row that Forestway fresh has been nominated for Greengrocer of the year.

Forestway Fresh Fine Food Fair

In September 2007 Forestway fresh held a Fine Food Fair. With many of our unique gourmet suppliers spending the weekend with us to sample their products. We had Free Gelato, Pizza, Coffee, Pasta, Juice, Mineral Water, Cheeses, Snacks, nuts just to mention a few and the Kids had a cuddle with Caramelo Koala and The Fruit and Vegetable gang.

Forestway Wishing Well

Here at Forestway Fresh you will find our wishing well located in our gardens. Throw in a coin and make a wish knowing that for every dollar collected Forestway fresh matches dollar for dollar and donates all funds to the Cancer Council.

So far Forestway fresh has donated 1,500.00 to the cancer council, so don’t forget to make a wish next time you are in.

Batlow retail Display Award

In 2006 Forestway Fresh received the Batlow Retail award for the Best store display and range of Batlow apples. Presenting the award in Damien From Golden Fruit Supply in Sydney Markets who is an agent for Batlow apples and an exclusive supplier of premium quality fruit to Forestway Fresh.

Greengrocer of the month

In April 2006 Forestway fresh received an award from Sydney markets for its outstanding quality, presentation and customer service!

Off the Shelf
